Made from recycled vegetable oil, the BioMatic® formwork release agent is used in the construction industry as an alternative to its petroleum-based counterparts. It is fully compatible with wood, metal or plastic formworks and is an ideal solution for any type of construction project. Like all BioMatic® products, it is safe and fully biodegradable.
The BioMatic® 110 processor is versatile and compact. It can produce up to 110 litres per batch using a 330 gallon/hour pump and 240 volts heating unit which quickly produces an efficient operating temperature. The BioMatic® 110 is perfect for small production volumes or batch testing installations.
The BioMatic® 160 is in some aspect, the big brother of the BioMatic® 110. It is a closed loop system that operates using a 1 HP pump, which if coupled with the optional methanol recuperation unit, can represent a significant source of cost reduction.
